Units from Station 23 responded with other fire department units for the reported small airplane crash in the area at the end of Warehouse Creek Lane, Edgewater. Units arrived to confirm a crash that was on fire near a house. The fire was quickly extinguished by ME2 (Woodland Beach), with no extension to the dwelling. Unfortunately, there was one person in the plane that was deceased; no other injuries were reported. Units from 23 arrived but were shortly placed available - station 23 units were back in-service @ 1704 hrs..
